Raised in Evans and Appling, Dr. Dustin C. Hawkins returned home after earning his DVM at the University of Georgia. He has owned and led Westside Animal Hospital since March 2018.
Today, Dustin and his wife Jennifer carry that family-practice spirit forward, investing in advanced medicine, surgery, and diagnostics while keeping the relationships that have made Westside special since 1977.

Non-invasive heat diffusion imaging helps assess cancer risk in skin and under-the-skin lumps in dogs. Dr. Hawkins uses the results to guide the next step, including an aspirate or biopsy when needed.
Digital X-rays & ultrasound
Imaging to evaluate bones, joints, soft tissues, and internal organs, with AI-assisted radiology review as an additional tool.

Testing at the hospital to help investigate illness and monitor your pet’s health.
