Brittany joined the Westside family in 2019.  Brittany is an Augusta native; however, she started her career in veterinary medicine as a receptionist and veterinary assistant for a veterinary specialist group in Texas.  While living in Texas, Brittany not only became a massive Texas A&M fan, she also married one.  Her and her husband have a full house with two sons; Daschund, Mr. Weenie; black labs, Leilanni and Panic; Saint Bernard, Waylon; and Peppa, their 200-pound, pot-bellied pig.

Shawna joined the Westside family in 2023. She is originally from North Carolina.  It was there that she worked as a conservation and science educator at a zoological park and her interest in animal health and wellness was sparked. She later transitioned to veterinary medicine.  In her spare time, Shawna enjoys reading, exercising her green thumb with plants, and crystals.  She and her husband share their lives with their rescued dogs Petey and Bentley, and cats Scout and Arwyn.

Erica joined the Westside family in 2024.  She is a licensed veterinary technician and is Fear Free Certified.  She has experience working with both small and large animals.  She is originally from upstate New York, and her fiance's service in the U.S. Marines brought the couple to the CSRA.  In her spare time, Erica enjoys singing, exploring the CSRA and is currently busy planning her upcoming wedding.  The couple shares their lives with their pitbull Bubba, cats Lulu and Buoy, two leopard geckos and a jumping spider named Penelope.

Suzanne joined the Westside family in 2016.  She is originally from Down Under, Perth, Australia which is where she obtained her Veterinary Technician certification.  She enjoys traveling (esp. beach trips), hiking with her dogs, introducing unsuspecting friends to Vegemite, comedy and is an avid rock concertgoer.  She shares her life with her Kelpie Drover, Jack Russell terrier Digger (who has more than earned his name!), and polydactyl cat, Hamish.

Jennifer is originally from eastern Kentucky and is a University of Kentucky alum.  Prior to coming on board at Westside, she was a partner and litigation attorney at Cleary, West & Hawkins, LLP in Augusta.  In March 2018, when her husband, Dr. Hawkins purchased Westside Animal Hospital, they decided to align her talents with his and work together to revitalize Westside.
